MAG SYBR qPCR Kit, without ROX

MAG SYBR® qPCR Kit is supplied as a ready-to-use mix containing all components required for amplification and detection of DNA in qPCR with exception of primers and template. The MAG SYBR® qPCR Kit is supplied as a 2X Master Mix with integrated antibody-mediated hot start Taq, SYBR® Green I fluorescent dye, MgCl2, dNTPs, ROX reference dye and stabilizers. MAG SYBR® qPCR Kit is intended for use on all real-time instruments and protocols.
