The Plant Genomic DNA Purification Kit provides a rapid, simple and effective spin column protocol to purify plant genomic DNA suitable for various applications, including polymerase chain reaction (PCR), restriction enzyme digestion, hybridization, cloning, etc. The protocol involves tissue/cell lysis, precipitation of proteins, polysaccharides and secondary metabolites, removal of cell debris by Spin-Filter, and DNA binding and elution by spin column.

viral DNA from infected plants.
