Plasmid Miniprep Plus Purification Kit

The Plasmid Miniprep Plus Purification Kit is based on a very simple and rapid procedure to purify plasmid DNA from 1~10 ml liquid culture via spin column format. High quality DNA without RNA and endotoxin contamination can be purified by simple wash and spin steps. The kit includes a unique Endotoxin Removal Wash Solution to remove endotoxin for transfection purpose. The DNA yield of 6~60 μg is quantitative and reproducible, and the DNA purity is sufficient for direct use in most application, e.g. PCR, restriction digestion, cloning, automated DNA sequencing, Southern blot, in vitro transcription assay and transfection, etc.
