One-Step RT-PCR Kit (AMV/MAGTaq Plus)
The One-Step Plus RT-PCR Kit (AMV/MAGTaq Plus) is designed for the reverse transcription and PCR amplification of a specific target RNA from either total RNA or mRNA. This one-tube, two-enzyme system provides sensitive, quick and reproducible analysis of even rare RNA. The system use AMV reverse transcriptase for first-strand cDNA synthesis and MAGTaq Plus™ for PCR amplification. AMV reverse transcriptase is well suited for the preparation of cDNA for use as a PCR template and more efficient than M-MLV reverse transcriptase. GenTaq Plus™ is a enzyme mixture of GenTaq and Pfu DNA polymerase, it has high fidelity with an error frequency 1.6/106 during DNA synthesis, and direct use for cloning to TA or expressional vectors.
